We have a large number of clients who scan and email their wage slips every month just to make sure they are complaint and have no scares down the line.

It seems to keep everyone happy.

My scanner doesn't work so I take a photo of my wage slips on my iphone then email every month as my wages fluctuate every month [:I]

We'd rather have the wage-slips monthly, and be able to monitor the 50% uplift issues, that find our clients are in arrears at the year end because they have not paid over what is due into the arrangement.

Melanie, I'm wondering if that has changed recently as I've always from the outset done as requested and sent them 3 monthly with the template excel sheet provided? I can change if you want? x

I`m paid weekly and I send my wage slips in every month along with any uplift payments.

I`m obviously still living in the dark ages though, as I actually send them through the post via recorded delivery[:D]

Jan's are sent off every three months via snail mail. She doesn't get a payslip as such now, has to print it off from the works computer.

I never get a pension slip unless my income varies by more than £1 a month and Payplan are quite happy with this. I shall send my P60 off the next time things have to go in so they can see how much I have been paid.

I send mine in every 3 months by email, I have done this since they were lost for 3 months in the change over from BE to GT last year when I used to send them by post. Since then I have scanned and email that way I can always resend if there is a problem.
It was in my proposal to send them every 3 months so I do.

Thanks for all your replys!. We have been sending copys via e-mail every two months, and we always get a reply back informing us of any payment due or not.

I always print off the reply and file it for future reference.

We have also been able to work out if there is any monies owing pretty much down to the penny! It did take a while to get that bit right but its pretty easy now.

We also transfer any money due straight to our IVA account if any is due.

The only reason wanting to send the figures through four times a year was because i think it would make it feel as if the IVA was going faster!

We did start off every month but i feel with that its alays in your mind , where every two or three months you seem to forget your in an IVA! (slightly!!!).

Still, crack on with the two monthly sequence if thats what keeps them happy.[:D]

Lesley - you can send them to us monthly if you would prefer, but in your case there is rarely much to collect so I'm happy to continue quarterly if that suits you better. You have not long to go now in any case!

Thank you Melanie, you're right not long to go, I'll continue as I have been as I'm in a good routine. Thank you for your reply. x
