Hi Guys,

Quick question, My partner had his f&f accepted a couple of months back (no completion cert yet), prior to this for his yearly review i had to send copies of my wage slips. I am trying to get these wage slips back, but the company he used are really dragging their feet about this, he as aksed them several times both by email and telephone. Is there any reason why they will not return "my" wage slips? (P.s the IVA was nothing at all to do with me).

Any advice very much appreciated

There should be no reason why your original documents cannot be returned to you. This ought to take no more than a few minutes of someone's time, and I suggest you send them a stern e-mail confirming that failure to return your documents will give rise to a complaint.

You should have faxed them or sent photo copies

Hi stazza2468,

It`s probably just a case of the company concerned just not being bothered now that the IVA and all matters concerned are concluded.

As Melanie posted, you`ll probably have to get a bit shirty with them to gee them up.
