Hello everyone. Documentation now all submitted & complete. Our
creditors meeting for our linked IVA is on the 26th March. Had no
issues with creditors up to this point. Our IP company has been excellent so far. The big issue is the waiting. Our meetings are at 12.15 & 12.30 & apparently we just need to be available by telephone at this time. Very nervous about the outcome & wish it was next Friday tomorrow.
Keep smiling. It could be worse.

The time will hopefully pass quickly and quietly(no creditors calls).

Good luck with your proposal.

Thanks everyone for your support. I will post the outcome next Friday. My IP is quietly confident but obviously they cannot commit themselves to anything. I am worried to due to the level p in the £ but the equity clause puts it up a bit in the final year. Hears hoping for the best. Thanks again. Mark

Hi Mark..just remember your IP only proposes an IVA that they believe will succeed. You've done all you can now and I look forward to reading positive news [:)]

Good luck xx

Good luck Mark and as Julie says so long as the best offer is on the table, you've done all you can so sit back and relax and I'll look out for your positive post.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Thanks for all your kind words of help & support. All we can do now is wait, I'm afraid. If it fails it looks like being bankruptcy for us. We have been in a DMP now for over four years & the balances are virtually the same now as when we started.
Keep smiling. It could be worse.

Another case of a pointless DMP. Had you started an IVA back when you started the DMP you would be on the home straight now.

Fingers crossed the IVA gets the thumbs up and you get back on track with your money.

Well the waiting is almost over. Can't see either of us getting much sleep tonight. Meetings at 12.15 & 12.30 tomorrow. Here's hoping for the best. Thanks again. Mark
