thanks Lesley, i thinks its just that i have got myself into this mess and its almost like what else can we chuck at her !! just paid a huge car bill, and 2 weeks later i was stuck at the side of the road when it broke down again so more money !!! then, a quote for £200 from the dentist, well that can wait, well until my teeth start hurting anyway. Hopefully the "phone call" on Monday will give me a smidgeon of hope ! xx

I would definitely get your teeth sorted as soon as, nothing worse than toothache, from the scaredykat of the dentist. x

Its really useful to have someone who can do things like that, I dont have anyone so i have had to learn a lot myself my latest is fixing a fuse, had to, after blowing my bedroom light up, i was very proud of myself !! not very good with a drill tho, the oddly placed pictures are testament to that xx

At least you have a go, I'm useless at even changing a light bulb....I depend so much on others, I'd be lost without them x

Rather than worrying about all sorts of things that might go wrong with the IVA - in reality only few cases now are actually rejected - why don't you make that call on Monday and get some direct professional advice about your own situation.

I can promise you that you will feel tons better after sharing the burden, and let others who understand this marketplace take over some of the day to day worries from you.

scaredykat,
sounds like you are getting braver.[:D] Keep it up everything will be OK in the end, it will be horrid for the first month or so with phonecalls and letters until your creditors get the message about the IVA but after that it will get easier and you will have the relief of knowing you are able to live without building up anymore debt.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

You'll definately feel better - and positive about the future perhaps for the first time in a long time. And don't worry if you don't have everything to hand for the first phone call - most firms will be able to provide you with a list of what they need and another call can be booked in a day or so's time.
