We are at the beginning of an IVA application. Do we need to inform IP of PPI refund ?

Myself and my wife are at the beginning of an iva application (not yet agreed)and have just been informed we will receive a ppi refund. Do we need to infirm the IP?

You would certainly have to declare this to the Insolvency Practitioner. This would would need to be declared to creditors as an asset (Cash at Bank), if the creditor doesn't choose to offset this against their debt
