Hi and thanks for everyone taking such an interest. We are in month five so far so early days yet and we pay 250 per month. Its all very well and good them agreeing figures but surely it shouldn't be at the cost of their clients. I think if I could do things differently I would have gone elsewhere where fees were not so high.

The fees should only affect you if you repay in full and the fees are then payable on top of that. If you are not paying in full the IP and creditors agree a reasonable fee based on the work to be done and creditors have the option of reducing any quoted fees.
If your creditors do not like the fees they can reduce them rather than reject your IVA or variation. There may be a separate issue that is causing a problem other than fees but hopefully BE can get everything resolved.
