I was in a iva over 5years just before we made the last payment we received a letter about possible ppi. It is now 7 years and they are still pursuing money from ppi. We are still waiting for completion papers.are they right.

Which firm are you with John.47, and have they given you any idea how much longer things are going to take to finalise for you? Two years is a long time to be waiting for a completion certificate.

Same shoes, same boat John.47. Just realised it's 7 years as of 11/10/2013. It's horrendous!

When did the respective firms both start investigating whether you had been mis-sold any PPI? Was this after you had made your final payment?
