Quite probably be the base Andy, it would be really great if we could hear from one person who IS happy with synergi, to see how things developed in their case!

Hi Ivor
They probably do have successfull cases but at what expense to the clients that have been turned over.
How do they keep getting away with decieveing people into a false sense of security, there must be a fair number of people complaining to the IPA.
Surely its a case of theres no smoke with out fire.
Also it doesnt give the ip's that work so hard for there customers a good name.
I know people shouldnt judge people the same but the more you hear about this company the more frightning i think the reputation of ip's is going to become.
We who have been lucky to find this forum are lucky we know that there are companys and ip's that are professional genuine and honest,i feel it is a shame for those innocents that dont find this help until the dirty deed is done.

Hi again km

This is not good enough. Get your IP to specifically confirm how they are treating your pre-paid money. This must be properly disclosed, and you do not harm in telling your creditors about what you have already paid, as I doubt this is reflected in the proposal document.

It seems to me that this money seems to disappear into a black hole.
