Who did you take the credit from, how much was borrowed and why was it taken out? This does not mean automatic failure of your IVA, but you will need to show very good reasons for your actions.

Hi PJP,

I would contact your I.P as soon as possible to discuss what your options are. Your I.P may be able to hold a variation meeting to include this creditor into the IVA.
