hi just to say me and wife have missed first mortgage and secured loan as we have decided to give the house up.after going br thought it might be easier but big mortgage and loan is just too much so we are starting again, looking for rental beginning of jan.if we stay as we are wont be much of a life for next 20 years and going for rental saves at least 1200 a month

Mitsu, I'm sorry to hear that but it's what makes life easier for you and your wife. You think that going BR will sort things for you, but it's no good if you still have a hefty mortgage and loan round your neck.

Good luck with the rental!

Sounds like you have both made the right decision for you and thats what its all about. To be honest if our mortgage increased and was causing us stress, we'd do the same as you Mitsu9.

Its only bricks and mortar, a home is anywhere you make it and your quality of life is far more important.

Good luck to you xx

Hubby's ED took a while and it was showing on the register before we had notification.

Make sure you get the ED before you reduce your outgoings, or else you could get caught for an IPA or IPO.
