House has just bee valued, just hope now there isnt too much equity as my offer is for a few hundred less than i need to reach agreed dividend at the start of the IVA

Valuation has come back and there is no more equity than there was 3 years ago (probably as it is ex council) so maybe my offer stands a better chance
