We paid our IVA off with VN in full on 5th October. When do they pay our creditors ?

Normally the final distribution to creditors would be within a few months of the final payment. However VN are in administration and there is a back log of completions to be dealt with, so it could be some time longer.

Chase your IP in writing for an update.
