I almost want a sugar sandwich now!

I had a Kitkat Chunky tonight but I've got the points for it so I don't feel too bad!

That is what I like about ww you don't have to deny yourself anything. Today I'll have a roast with potatoes and yorkies

I've had my roast but had no pudding today, pointed everything, I am on track, the first 4 weeks are easy for me, then I seem to fall off the diet wagon.

I have been on every diet going. I gave up wheat last April. I bought a pair of jeans just before I gave up wheat and they were a size 16. Just bought a new pair today and they are a size 12. All because I gave up wheat. I feel great.

Fabulous weight loss.

My first weigh in was Thursday evening and I lost 3lb my daughter lost 4.5lb. Just going to set myself small targets as 4 stone which I actually want to lose seems very unachievable at the minute.

Brilliant Lesley! I agree with having small targets, it's not so daunting and you WILL achieve it!

Oh Julie I would like to think so but I'm useless at dieting honestly. I bet I'll lose a stone and then stop going!

I've changed my tactic to 2lb a week weight loss and go for half a stone at a time.

I think the hypno band has definitely helped me, plus I have discovered a boutique that has stunning clothes and I am determined to fit into them!

The clothes are so flattering Lesley and the ladies that own it are so down to earth. They will not sell anything that doesn't look good on customers!

The hypno band is sessions of hypnotherapy where you have a virtual gastric band fitted, that's the best way I can describe it. No pain, but your mind believes your stomach is smaller.

Its early days for me, so don't know if it actually works long term but so far so good.
