We can all do it with a little will power and keep motivating one another. I want at least one pound this week for 7lb then it's 3 weeks until I go see Mr Williams and I want a further 7lb. This is how I'm doing it little targets rather than looking at the big picture. After that it's FF BBQ at Luluj's so another 7lb so that'll be 21lb in total by the time the BBQ is here...
