Good luck Struzzo!

I've been really bad this week - since Dave went to hospital last week I've done nothing but comfort eat. I'm starting afresh again next week.

I'm not getting weighed in tomorrow night and not going next week either but will start back then. This week son and future daughter in law is staying and it's her first time in England from Guatemala and we're experiencing lots of new foods for her (my excuse anyway). Next week I'm at Robbie.x

unfortunately, I'm doing rubbish but that's me, back this week though so hoping to get going again, not long until the FF and it would be nice to lose a bit before then.

Keep going everyone! I've decided not to weigh as it affects my moods too much! I'm going on how my clothes fit instead and so far so good...long way to go until I fit back into size 12-14, but I WILL get there.

I might do the same Julie. I'm trying to get back into going to the gym as I'm fed up with counting points, syns etc. I want to eat normally again and I know the only way I can do that is up the exercise.

I find the scales so de-motivating Skippy. I can feel really good and know I'm fitting in my clothes, then stand on the scales ........[:(]

I'm just useless and admit it wholly...exercise, don't like it, dieting don't like it...eating love it but sadly all the wrong things.
