I'm ok during the week its the weekends I let it slip when the same routine isn't there! So then all week I'm trying to rectify the damage done from that 1

I'm really thinking about joining a Gym again. I am really overweight, over 40 and it's really starting to affect my health. I know I should have done something years ago and it's going to be harder now [:(]

I had a full health screening at work last week during staff development work as it was free. Came away thinking, wow it's not good! Had a letter to drop to my Dr with some concerns. Almost like an MOT and had advisories!

Cholesterol high - blood sugar high - blood pressure high - very overweight don't drink water nearly near enough!

Well I've been drinking more water since Wednesday, been on a very strict diet and on Friday took part in exercise to end the term at Principals speech only table tennis but I did it!

My son is servicing my bicycle today and it's coming out the garage, it's been so long but maybe I needed this scare. Dr's on Tuesday to see what/if further investigation is needed!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Always sounds worse ... Just drinking more water helps ..I drino loads at work but not when at home ..need to balance it out better ! I am off to Tesco on my bike this morning ..need a few things for BBQ later so thought I would give it a go !

I'll be cycling this afternoon too, not sure how far I'll get but got a birthday card to deliver that is a couple of miles away so give that a go. x
