Once the child has moved out (tomorrow) then I will be using the Wii fit daily. Just not had the space for a while now.

I'm looking forward to doing it again - that and dog walking will sort out the few pounds I need to lose.

I don't think you need to lose weight Niobe!

I'm hoping to be able to get my bike out at weekends soon. I need to check out the towpath as it was under rather a lot of water last time I went for a walk but when that's cleared I can go out!

Trust me Liz - I need to lose a few pounds to get back down to what I want to be so will be getting the Wii out once daughter has gone tomorrow.

I hate cycling.

Once the child has moved out and the garage is sorted then the treadmill will be out again. I have my DAB radio so will be able to listen to that whilst doing a bit of a run.

I wish we had room for a treadmill but you know how small our house is! I can't ever see me going back to the gym but I might treat myself to Davina McCall's new exercise DVD.

Well woke up this morning and thought I would venture to the gym .....had all intention of walking a mile and cycling a mile ....with 5 slipped discs can't use any of the weights etc.....well I went and walked two miles up and down inclines and at various speeds on the treadmill ...problem is now I feel like I am still walking on the treadmill and boy do my legs hurt !!! Daren't sit down for long as I just know my legs are gonna seize up completely !!!!!

Do some stretches to cool down, before they seize up!
