Oh that doesn't bother me, I just take over the living room!

I don't find the Wii Fit itself is great exercise, I only really feel it if I've used something a bit more strenuous.

i walk to work and back each day so thats about a 3 mile round trip, i've also started a zumba class once a week with a few fellow WW's from my class so it all helps.

I didn't lose anything this week but as mine tends to be 0.5lb per week and my scale only measure in whole lbs I might have lost some but do not know it yet.

I wear a pedometer all the time and make sure I do a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. Since doing that I have lost over 1 1/2 stone. I do calorie count and use the My fitness pal App on my phone to record it all. My best tip is Omelettes, they are low in calories, filling and nutritious. A dieters best friend!

I gave up sugar 4 years ago as a life style choice and managed to loose 2 stone. In April this year I gave up wheat as I would bloat if I ate any and I have lost another stone and now have a flatter stomach.I find it difficult to find nice things to eat as I dont eat sugar, wheat, dairy or anything with yeast in.Still I can now get in to a size 14 and that is getting big.

Well done! Going to try hard in the New Year. Being ill with various things doesn't help but if it comes off slowly then I'll be happy.

That is how I have done it, I have been losing the 25 lb since Feb, quite a few weeks I didn't lose anything plus a couple of weeks away, but I just kept at it and didn't really change anything just ate less (and logged everything I did eat) and moved more.
Slowly is definatly the way to go
