I lost 1 lb this week, so a total of 24lb lost now.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

Well done Peejayel.

I lost 1lb today so I'm back on track. If I can lose 1lb a week I'll be happy.

We are all doing so well, congratulations Luluj and Skippy we are all heading in the right direction.

I have my calorie counter set to lose 1/2 lb a week but with the wii fit etc I seem to be losing 1lb, not that i am complaining, but before xmas I was struggling even to lose 1lb a fortnight or even every 3 weeks so I am convinced the extra exercise was what was needed.
Just need to be focused and keep doing it 6 out of 7 nights, I have done so far, need 1 day a week to have a day of from it and allow my muscles to recover LOL

Well done Liz. I went and weighed in and did first exrercise class, not sure that's for me but I'll got for the ten weeks. I've put over a stone back of that weight loss of the summer, honestly why do I do this to myself? typical yoyo I am!

Anyway since then I'm back on track so let's see what happens!

Well done for going Lesley!

I walked to fat club this morning only to find it was closed! I've emailed and asked for a refund (I'm on monthly pass) so hopefully I'll get something back from them!

On a positive side I weighed in when I got home (my scales are pretty accurate to the ones at the meeting) and I've lost 2lb so that's nearly all my gain since October gone, and only another 3.5lb to go to get my 10%!

I have to say I love WW - it's not a diet when I can have a curry and eat chocolate!

Well done skippy ...i agree..this week i have still had a Chinese takeaway and a hot sticky pudding with custard ....i think it is more yodo with portion sizes and a balanced diet....i have still stuck to my no alcohol in the week routine and even tonight when we are ay a friends house for dinner it will only be a couple of rum and cokes ....really think alcohol was the killer for me !

I only drink the occasional Baileys so alcohol has never been a problem for me thankfully! I've changed what I have in the Indian and now have a chicken shashlick with boiled rice and I actually enjoy it - I missed the chicken tikka masala at first though!

WW have come back to me and given me a free week so I'm happy with that - I could have done without the walk though! If I'm going for a walk this weather I can think of nicer places to walk!

We're only a couple of minutes from the Thames so we've got some lovely walks around here but I won't be venturing out again today!

Well done both of you on your losses. I haven't loast anything this week nor put anything on, (TOM) so hopefully next week things will get back to normal.

Still loving my wii fit, and still sticking to my plan of 6 out of 7 days, (have Wednesday's off.
Couple of questions how frequently are you supposed to do the body test, as I have been doing it everytime but not sure if it is a good thing as most things tell you to weigh weekly not daily. Will I be able to do the training without doing the body test.?

We did walk down to Lidl's this morning maybe I should rephrase that we slided down to Lidls this morning as it is at the bottom of two steepish roads. Fine getting down awful trying to get back though.

My tip for today is...eat your dinner off a smaller plate not a normal size dinner plate, it fools your brain into thinking you are eating more than you are as you see a full plate in front of you.

I pretty much walk 4 miles a day with the dogs and it's a very hilly walk. Not been out today though as we are looking after the granddaughter until later on today and it's far too cold to take her out so hubby has taken the dogs.
