Weight loss club 2013

Well scale wise I am exactly the same as I was 2 weeks ago which was really dishartening, but hubby suggested I measure myself with the tape as he felt I was smaller, and I have lost 1 1/2 inches from my waist, so that has cheered me up.
Lets hope the scales catch up at some point

I was getting frustrated last week as felt nothing was shifting but my measuring my hips, waist, chest and wrists i clearly am !!! Measure yourself monthly and i m sure you will be shocked to see the difference.

Well done to all and although I don't measure I can generally tell from my clothes I'm less bloated.

I don't measure, I just go by how my clothes feel.

I stayed the same this week and I'm quite happy with that as I've not had a bad week and I've been comfort eating.

staying the same is not a gain and sometimes a positive in my opinon. We've had Ofsted in all week and cakes were needed at times!

I woke up with a bad back on Tuesday and then had a phone call from my insurance company to say that someone had had an accident and given my car registration. I then hurt my shoulder as well and my ribs are still aching from when I was ill before Christmas so I spent most of the week feeling sorry for myself!

Obviously I know chocolate and cake isn't the answer but it definitely helped at the time!

How terrible Skippy ...hope your insurance company have resolved this and it does not cause any further issues. Hope you are soon feeling better....i see staying the same as a positive as well....let's hope you have a better week x

Ofsted mmmm not as well as we would have liked although i wasn't there for the briefing Friday pm but have heard on the grapevine.

The insurance company think someone has made a typo when they reported the accident but I just don't like having it hanging over me. Thankfully it happened over 200 miles away on a work day! The aches and pains aren't too bad but I did feel about 90 at the time!

Sorry Ofsted didn't go as well as you hoped Lesley.

Well i'm back from my circuit training session and weigh in and lost 4lb this week. Very pleased with that but think the stress of late is affecting the weight loss rather than the diet!

Yipee scales were down 2 lb this morning, nice to see them moving again at last.
