I have the wii fit and do get it out on the odd occasion (not been out this year). I really ought to try. Coming to the end of my ten week exercise/healthy eating classes to date I've lost about 12lb but might be able to make that a stnoe if I try really hard, this week and next week to go.

I won't join again, despite making some new friends, I don't enjoy the exercise class at all and just find myself looking at the clock the whole time and wishing the time away.

Not sure what I'll do but know I need to do something x

Luluj, I'm only a stone above my healthy weight so it's not too bad really. The top end of my healthy weight is also my goal weight as I'm fairly tall and being too thin doesn't suit me. If I can lose a few more pounds before I go then great but the main thing is not putting any on until I'm in the US!

And everything is point free this week as it's my birthday week!

It is a great feeling whilst the weight is coming off - i also used bags of sugar to make it easier for my kids to understand how much i have lost.

Well done to everyone who has lost this week, I have actually stayed the same as I was last week, mainly due to having a stinking cold this week and not exercising as much because I was feeling so lousy, hopefully next week will be better.

I've been a naughty WW and didn't go to weigh in this morning - I've had a brilliant birthday week and I've eaten loads so new I was due a gain! I'm starting pointing again from tomorrow and I'll be back to face the scales next week!

The problem I'm then going to have is I'm only going ever other week as I'm away for a few weekends in April which is going to make it harder!
