Loving my Wii Fit plus (my xmas pressy from hubby) although because I use it in the afternoon and my normal weigh time is first thing in the morning it has me a few lb heavier than my morning weight.
Still hopefully it will eventually plot the drops. I will stop weighing in the morning so I dont get paranoid about it.
I just need to adjust to it saying I am heavier than I think I am for a bit. [:(]
Think my favorite so far are the free step and the island run.
Looked at the muscle exercises today they seem good although the trainer was irritating.
Hoping to do a variety of stuff each day.

Glad you're enjoying your wii fit, I do have one but can never be bothered, used to do it regular but the novelty wore off for me but that's just me and I can be like that with a lot of things. x

Well I'm back to fat club tomorrow to see what damage has been done! I've now got Florida for my motivation as I don't want Greenpeace to refloat me from Clearwater Beach! We bought our suitcases today and pay the balance tomorrow so it seems real now!

Well I was almost right with my prediction...2.5lb on ....still that is what I lost last week so guessng it will drop off this coming week....

back focused on it now and my wish list for 2013 is to continue to loose 2lb a week every week.....if I did that then 104lbs in the year = 8stone 6lbs.....I would be well happy !!!!! Even if I achieved half of that goal I would be happy !!!!!

I went back this morning for the first time since October and although I gained I'm quite pleased as I don't think 4.5lb on over 10 weeks, including being ill and with Christmas in there is too bad!

I'm on maintenance points this week to make New Year a bit easier and then back to 29 PPs after next weigh in!

Good luck to everyone else!

My leader was pleased it was only 4.5lb!

1 stone 10.5lb until I get to goal - it might be a push to do it before I go to Florida but if I can get to the top of my healthy weight range by then I'll be happy.

You will make it Skippy, you have a good incentive.

Good luck to us all getting rid of the extra we put on over Christmas,I am detemined to get rid of 1 more stone by the summer.

Did I miss the launch of the virtual Weight Loss Club? What is the process for posting weight/loss and progress? Keen to do this as need to lose around 7stone.

Not bad weight gain Skippy - I'm sure you'll manage to lose it for your holiday.

esgt - no process for posting at all, just post what you have lost each week. Some people do Weighwatchers or Slimming World others do their own version.

I'm in for 2013, going for a realistic target of 2 stone for the whole year rather than aim higher as I usually do then lose motivation. x

We'll stay focused together Lesley .....even my nieces who cooked me a three course dinner tonight were very sensible their choices...chicken and cranberry burgers homemade with roasted veg and salad, followed by lemon biscuit and a small chocolate mousse ....absolutely beautiful......
