He is so much better but it has scared the life out of my daughter, hes teething and has caught a cold and as much as this is normal after what happened she wont let him out of her sight.
She rang me last night in tears as he is bunged up and can't breath properly shes convinced bless her it will happen again, the hospital gave her some thermometers the tempadot ones and shes constantly sticking them under his arm.Hes had one scan on his kidneys and thats ok he's got 2 more to have done they will be a bit more difficult as they have to inject radioactive for one so that one i'll take him for as it will be very distressing.
I think the worst thing was when he was in A&E they did a lumber puncture to rule out meningitis,i just thank god he didn't have that.
Ive got my 8 yr old grandson staying at the moment my sons boy as his mum is poorly so its all go right now,but hes no bother he cheers me up no end.

Glad he's better, tell your daughter not to worry just to keep him cool and not get overheated. I will never forget my little one she aspirated and went blue at the same time as the convulsion and i had to put her upside down ,but she recovered quickly. Hope the other tests go ok. Keep your chin up, yake a deep breath and keep going thats all you can do. Thoughts with you

Right everyone, please send positive thoughts my way - I'm off to Weight Watchers tonight! I have tried to 'go it alone' to save money, but sadly all I seem to have done is used the money for more food! OK, it's £20 a month, but that's £20 less to spend on food! I want to be a thin Skippy again, so tonight it's Weight Watchers, and tomorrow the gym (if my back loosens up!)!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Well it's official - I'm fat! I was horrified when I saw the scales and I'm determined to lose at least a stone and a half. I wasn't too happy when I found out that WW had put the price up to £5.50 a meeting as well!

I'm not cuddly, more hippo shaped! I'm hoping the £5.50 will make me stick to the diet. I'm off to the gym tomorrow night for a bit of gentle exercise - I can't do much as I've done my back again, but a bit of exercise will do me good!

I love you both whatever shape you are. Be happy.

Where I used to work, the staff there all had salad for lunch, that cardboard stuff, with olive oil on it, (yuk). Round rice things that looked like it had been through a shredder and squashed into rounds (mega, yuk). There was me, tucking into a sandwich, yes bread... and a snickers bar, talk about shock and horror, staring at me like I am a rare animalin a zoo.

I did used to run around hospital wards carrying a half ton bag all morning. Dont be like them skip, talk about boring.

Love the skin youre in.

I am a size 12 but in this stupid day and age its good to be a zwro, I dont know what you think but Poah spice was so much better and prettier when she had meat on those bones, I am sure she would start a fire if she rubbed her legs together.

I am with you all the way on the weight front, you two are the nicest people I have never met. These people I worked with were a size sero and they were in their fifties, they were obsessed!!!! I just cant see the point of living like that, your body is a motor car that gets you through life, no sense in leaving this world with a perfect body, might as well use it, abuse it (wihin reason)and enjoy the ride. Now wheres me fags.

Happy days babes, I still love ya.

Aaah thanks Lily! Don't worry, there is NO chance of me being a size zero! I don't smoke and I rarely drink so food is my main vice. I am reasonably happy with myself, but I just want to be a 12 or 14 rather than a 16

Hi welldone for going back to class
Ive lost 17ib but i think thats because ive been rough and hospital food is a good way of looseing them pounds.
Xmas is always a good incentive to loose wieght well for me anyway as i eat that much over xmas if i didnt shift weight beforehand i wouldn't get my uniform on after to go back to work.
Good luck mate stay positive
