I'm expecting to put on this week as we went away for the weekend and I had a Chinese and rather a lot of cake!

Well done to everyone who's lost this week x

Never mind, you're still ahead of target, and at least you know why you've put on. There's nothing worse than putting on without knowing why.

Good luck for next week xxx

ladyh, a week with a bit of weight gain is fine - at least you are under target and will back on the losing cycle next week.

You've got an excuse for overeating this week.

I weighed myself and I've lost nearly 1lb, which is better than nothing! I'm 12st 11.2lb now, so at least it went in the right direction!

Mine has been going up and down the past couple of weeks by 1.5lbs! I've not been eating anymore than normal, but because I have been on an early shift, I've not exercising as I should. Hopefully I can give it a kick start this week.

Hi All,
I hope you don't mind me joining in, but I've been trying to start my diet for weeks now with no joy!!! [:(]
I've been at home now for about 3 1/2 months following my surgery and all the in-activity has caused me to put on a stone - oops!! [:(]
Hopefully I can now get on track and start some excercising [:)]
I hope you are all having a lighter week,
Love,
Chardonnay

Well done to those who lost this week.
Me? I managed to put on a pound - even with all that exercise I've done. Mind you, could be because of the beer and chocolate I had to celebrate (not together though!!)

Well, back to it I suppose.

not sure if this has been covered before but I've recebtly lost 1stone and 1pound by calorie counting only - look up www.weightlossresources.co.uk. There is a samll montly charge but it's worth it because it works and I've tried all sorts of different diets! all the best

You could start again tomorrow ladyh - you might feel a bit less guilty on Tuesday! Don't blame you for making the most of your celebrations though.

We've not had our new card yet either. Ours keeps freezing at the moment and has the annoying habit of switching off without warning and then taking about 10 minutes to come back on properly!

Ours is our own equipment as well but as I love Sky and wouldn't be without it, I'd pay the call out fee if I had to.

One of my favourites!

Everything does seem to be going wrong at once doesn't it? You watch - next year when you finish it'll all work wonderfully well!
