Pretty good ladyh! At least you are still losing.

I'm pretty static at the moment (must up the exercise!) but have now hit the 6 stone weight loss! Only another four to go to get to my ideal weight![:D]

I don't know Ladyh, I seem to have lost all motivation. I find that I can't eat enough on Weight Watchers and feel hungry so then I pick. I also tend to cut out the healthy stuff - I don't really like fruit for example, so as I have to count the points I don't eat it and put it towards something nicer! I did think that it probably wouldn't hurt if I didn't point the fruit though.

I'm going on holiday in 2 1/2 weeks, so it's probably a bit late for me now!

Has anyone tried Rosemary Conley? I think it's the only diet I haven't tried and I was wondering whether to give it a go.

Well done Jan, you're doing brilliantly.

Thanks Skippy!

I did the Rosemary Conley years ago and it was ok at the time.

Have you tried the Atkins? It worked for me a few years ago - I lost 5 stone, but then I found the motivation disappeared and it all went back on again - and then some!

I've thought about Atkins, but someone told me you get bad breath and it put me off! I think I would get bored with it!

You do get bad breath, I just used to have loads of Gold Spot with me!

I used to love being able to have a fry up! I used to miss my toast though!

Well done Jan - that's amazing!
Well donee Ladyh - 15 pounds in 8 weeks is great!

I managed (for about the 3rd week running!) to put on another 0.5 lb as I can't seem to get focussed. I've crashed emotionally and so don't bother to eat properly, when I do it's junk I go for. Can't seem to bother wanting to look after myself, I don't feel like I deserve it.
Not feeling sorry for myself, and I don't want to whinge, I'm desperately trying to avoid going back on anti depressants cos they really cause me to gain weight - the last thing I need!

Good luck everyone - I will try and get going again!

Pap - I have had surgical assistance with mine so it's a bit of a cheat really!

You need to get motivated again - you do deserve it. I've done the comfort eating all the time until the doctor suggested I do somethng about it and I've never looked back and feel so much better.

Just think about how you want to look when your IVA is finished and strive towards that.

I've had homemade wine and got the munchies, so had 2 bags of crisps. Supposed to be losing weight, not a lot, want to lose 9lb in next 2 months. Never going to do it. I lost 7lb in 4 weeks but nothing in last 3 weeks. oops! Got race for life in July so need to get fit too. I think I must be feeling depressed about my age, won't be in my 30's soon. My life might begin though.[:D][:D]

I'd like to lose more but doubt that will happen, my body like's being that weight and its too hard to lose more without suffering. I'm between size 10 & 12. Was size 8-10 a year ago.

Mine is 2pm on 6th June. I was planning on running, but didn't get any training in, so I'll try and walk it as fast as I can.

I weighed myself and I lost 1lb this week - I've no idea how but I'm not complaining!

I went for a bike ride with my 9 year old son today. I was so tired and legs ached. Haven't been on my bike for quite a while, but think I will keep it up as I think it will get me fit aand lose some weight. Hard work.[:0]

Well done Wonder - can't remember the last time I was on a bike!

I've taken the dogs for a walk, and will shortly be going again before I head off to work.
