1lb off! Well 0.9lb actually but close enough! I was quite happy with that, so having no willpower I had a bag of McCoys crisps to celebrate!

Don't blame you for the comfort eating ladyh. I can remember a time when I would have done that.

I've just bought a T shirt and some 3/4 length shorts for a 3 year old for a birthday pressie and both have come to less than £10 including postage and both are brand new with tags!

Well done ladyh! You've done really well.

Wonder - just focus on that birthday!

Know what you mean about the comfort eating though!

Thanks for sharing that Ladyh - you're so good! My main problem (apart from eating too much!) is I can't eat much dairy and everything that is dairy free is higher in calories. Dave does all the cooking, so I can't have different meals unless I cook them myself, and that's not an option!

I tried WW bread, but to be honest I'd rather go without as it was like eating wafers!

Ladyh you are very good, and advice good. I will take some of these up but cant maintain them all. The main reason for me is I buy nibbles for the kids, lunch boxes etc and I want some. Will start to avoid naughty choc and cake, but love crisps. But will try hard not too have many. I will try adios as I heard things like that are good. I'm trying green tea as its said its good for metabolism.

And that's exactly the right reasons to do it!

I weight a lot more than you at the moment - you've nothing to worry about.
