I just think he should get off his fat a..e and get it himself. I can exercise in other ways. I'm going for a bike ride tomorrow morning if I can get my bike gears sorted.[:)]

In my opinion Wonder is perfect and does not need to lose any weight, its probably me that does I have put on 3 1/2 stone since moving into an office job. Mind you I was 7 1/2 stone when I worked as a tradesman and played badminton 3 or 4 times a week. Perhaps badminton would be good to start again.

Not for you I dont. Your first wife was size 20+ but I like being slim. Always have. In my younger day.Want to lose weight for ME.
