Just back from SW - lost another 1.5lbs this week so I'm back to where I was 5 weeks ago before I started putting on! Just got to keep going this time.......

I have joined weight watchers (monthly pass as it is cheaper) and I am going to my first meeting tonight - eek!
Looking forward to reporting a good loss next Wednesday!

I joined a while ago but I couldn't justify the expense. Even with the monthly pass it's £18 a month.

What price can you put on your health though? For some people they need the discipline of going to meetings and can't achieve successful weight loss without that support and discipline network. £18 a month seems a reasonable amount to spend on getting healthy.

It is reasonable if you can afford but I know I certainly can't at the moment.

At the end of the day it's down to common sense - you can eat everything in moderation providing you exercise.

I need to go to class it keeps me motivated and I achieve my 1 and a half stone award last night!

I do realise I can't afford it but if I keep going I lose weight...simple for me..stop going I know I'll fall off the wagon, the £4.50 is taken from shopping money of which I'd have wasted on junk I'm sure! x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I have always done my weight loss on my own - the thought of being weighed infront of a load of other people makes me shudder!

I couldn't justify the monthly charge - I eat healthily without having to be told what I can and cannot eat and my health is monitored regularly by my doctor.

I'd rather put the money away into a small savings account.
