Fantastic, I get weighed tomorrow evening, hoping for a loss even a small one will do x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hiya everyone
Well done to all of you for your fantastic weight losses this week. I wasn't able to get weighed last week ad I had an evening work meeting but went in tonight and had lost 2 pounds, bringing my total since January to 1stone, 8.5 lbs!
Bit disappointed it's so slow but at least it's heading in the right direction!
I went to SW 3 years ago and had lost 2 stones on 15 weeks but had to give up after my son's accident when we lost him. When I went back in Jan this year I was 1 stone heavier than when I started 3 years ago but haven't given up yet!!!
Good luck to everyone with weigh ins still to happen!

I am chuffed to bits! However, some 14's don't yet fit, but it's headed in the right direction!

I've lost 1 stone and 9.5lb now to date, would like to get to two stone before the end of August, it's slow but sure x

Well done Ladyh!

I'm a bit disillusioned at the moment - I've been really good since Friday morning and on Saturday I went for a 7 mile bike ride and a 40 minute walk and on Sunday and Monday I did my exercise DVD, and guess what, I'm heavier than I was on Thursday! I've been counting my points as well, so if I haven't lost on Thursday I won't be happy!

I've got the hormone problem this week and it makes me want to eat! Dave is out tonight, so I'll have eaten everything in sight before he gets home if I'm not careful!

I really do need to knuckle down, but I've decided that rather than beat myself up about it I'm going to get through this week and then start again.

I tried SW & WW, found SW better for me, but then I only did WW online and with not going to meetings there wasnt incentive enough. When im ready will try again but I need meetings to give me incenntive. Oh well, can only try.

I found SW worked best for me Wonder. I lost 2.5st on that and then I switched to WW and lost another stone. I tried WW online, but found it to be a lot of money for what I was getting. Unfortunately I've put nearly 2st back on, but I need to get motivated!
