I've never done that Skip - I do it when I'm at my lightest in the morning, don't even have a drink beforehand.

I love my scales as they show my BMI as well and I do love to see how they have gone from obese to ideal weight! I love my scales.

Well, I shall have Mondays then as my weigh in day. I will do my first on Monday evening. We have some scales at work. I'll use them. :)

I am really quite envious Flow, it just goes to show that its the person not the diet that stops this working!!

That's the problem, remember I'm a freaky eater and can't tough salad. I have a very limited range of food I will eat and can't try anything new. I think that's why I find it so hard.

Since moving into the new college, we have a brand new restaurant beneath us (fine dining) and the food smells divine, but me being me can't try it, not a single thing, all the others have been but I always have an excuse. x

They've got one at the gym but I haven't had the courage to use it yet - I'm worried that the flab will ripple as it vibrates!

I've decided I'll carry on with WW for a while to get me back into it after holiday so I'll weigh in next Saturday x

My Wii will be out again tomorrow. I am just about managing to co-ordinate things on the biggest loser.

I've seen the adverts for the Zumba - no way could I do that!

Haha. Exactly why I couldn't use a vibration plate either. I get ripples just going over a poxy speed bump in the car! :(
