Hi there!

Just adding my 2 pennies worth here. My boyfriend has just completed the 7lbs in 7 days juice diet and actually lost 11lbs in a week! You can only do it for 7 days but you are also cleansing and detoxing at the same time!

The book is by Jason Vale. I am starting it on Monday as up until now I have been very busy with work and travelling and not been able to follow it properly! Works out at about £15 - £20 a week for 1 person for all the fruit and veg. You do need to add supplements like wheatgrass and Spirulina but theses were not too expensive.

I think I'll pass on that one!!! I liked food when I used to have to diet.

Don't forget that a great portion of the initial weight loss will be water. You always lose a lot in the first week.

They can work for some and they do for my hubby, he often has a week on the GM Diet and stick to it religiously and never loses less than a stone but he's more active than me and more focussed...I give in too easily. He actually enjoys the diet.

Well done on the weight loss - 2lb is about average. These miracle diets where you lose loads of weight are great - until you start eating normally again when you normally find you put a lot more back on!

Been there, done it and own the T shirt shop!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a weigh-in tonight and I don't think I will lose anything. We went to Cadbury World the weekend, and I indulged a lot. Though if I do gain, I won't beat myself up about it, as it will be the first gain since starting. x
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!

I'd rather not mention my weight at the moment as I over-indulged big time when we were away and I can't seem to get back into it at the moment! I've got an appointment for a new programme at the gym tonight so hopefully that might kick start me!

I've been fairly good, did slip a little today but all in all 100% better than last week.

Cadbury's World oh how I would love to go there!

I've been super good for the past few days - got really fed up on the weekend when all my clothes were too tight [:(]

I've stuck a pic of me taken 10 years ago onto the vibration plate to help keep me focused. Oh and I thought I was fat then...boy if only I knew what was to come [:(]

I've never been to Cadbury World either! I would be good and resist it all though!

Lesley - you are more than welcome to stop at our house if you ever want to go for a visit there!

Julie - you'll get there!

I went to the gym last night and had a new programme done. The trainer was a sadist and I can hardly walk this morning! Oh well no pain no gain!

I've cancelled my WW membership as well as to be honest I've put on 5lb since I started and I feel that I'm wasting my money!
