I'm going back tomorrow night but I'll be giving the squats a miss - we're going to the Goodwood Festival of Speed on Saturday and I need to be able to walk!

Very kind offer Jan thanks, I really would like to go at some point to visit Cadbury World but I won't be able to resist.

Keep up the gym Skippy, I keep going and even if I'm not losing weight I feel a bit firmer and fitter. x

Lesley I'm walking like something out of Planet of the Apes! This morning it was only my legs that hurt, but now it's all of me!

The funniest part was when he gave some dumbbells to use and I could barely lift them! He thought it was hilarious and told me that they were 'only' 4kg each! The ones I have at home are 1kg each...

I'm going to concentrate on exercising and trying to eat healthily for the time being rather than dieting - I've got too much going on at the moment to worry about that and I'm fed up with paying WW £20 a month!

I don't go to WW anymore, I love doing weights much more than cardio and do anything to skip out of that!

I'm trying to firm up as my dress is sleeveless and I want those arms toned x

I just need to tone it all over - I don't want to be wobbling in my wedding dress!

The girl I bought my dress from told me that I might want to get some control pants so I don't get a roll when I sit down. She also said I might want to get a shrug to hide the back fat...

At that point she stopped digging the hole!

Ooops Skippy [:I][:D]

I have a selection of "fat pants" but find they make me look worse (if that's possible).

I love that, fat trap knickers!

By the time my friend had finished I was thinking of buying a bodysuit, never mind the knickers!

I'm just worried that if I had them it would have to go somewhere and would therefore be bulging over the top!
