Hi all,

This week I've only lost a measly 1/2 lb - better than nothing and not surprising with what I ate and drank yesterday [:I]

Must try better this week!

Good luck all xx

Hi Everyone[:)]

Well Done Julie, on losing 1/2 lb.

[:I][:0] I've gained a lb this week, not happy about that, must try harder next week.

I blame my Mum-in-Law and Step-Mum[:D] Went visiting yesterday as we had yesterday off as well. When we got to my Mum-in-Laws, she gave us a cup of tea and a huge slice of Apple Pie[:p] well, i couldn't say no,she would have been offended. Then went to visit my Step-Mum and she went into kitchen and came back with a milky coffee for us both and a plate with a huge slice of fresh cream sponge[:p] again,I couldn't refuse.[:(]

So hopefully will get back on track by next week,no goodies for me this week[:(],especially Choccie[:p]

Good Luck Everyone when you weigh yourselves today.

xx

Hi Elldina,

[:0] That's a point, I haven't had any brekkie this morning, don't really feel that hungry though at the moment after yesterday but will have a slice of toast in a minute with a cup of coffee, just to kick start the old metabolism[:D] Mmmm, custard creams are yummy!!![:p]

I agree about the brekkie - I now make sure I have something even if its a yogurt and glass of juice. Its so easy to miss brekkie 'cos we're so busy.

I don't blame you both for eating apple pie and cake....and custard creams [:D]

Its all these people tempting us that stops us losing weight methinks [:D]

Well done Julie, I've not lost a single pound this week but to be fair, I haven't been too well so Ben and Jerry came to visit![:p]

Good luck for this week everyone. X

I havent done too well at all. Not weighed there is no point in scaring myself.
I did walk home from work today and now my hip is killing me, still I tried.

Well done to all who are doing well and good luck to those trying like myself. Just cant motivate myself.

I lost 12 pound this week .... but the bank has admitted the error and will reimburse as soon as possible.[:D][:D]

I'm sure you're not really Julie! At least your weight is heading in the right direction.
