I hope Kazzy is sorted soon and back with us.

Another 1lb loss this week...seems to be coming off, slow but sure. Just hope it doesn't all go on overnight over Christmas [:D]

I even had a bit of choccie yesterday, hubby bought me a "mistletoe kiss"...mmmm yummy [:)]

Hope everyone else has lost...or at least had choccie [:D]

xx

Well done Julie, good for you. I haven't lost any but I have had chocolate! I haven't been that well this week though so I'm a bit behind on the old choccie eating, I'll catch up over Christmas. Sorry, I don't think I'm going to be doing the weight loss thing anymore, but I will support everyone who is. X

I lost 2.5lbs this week. That's 10.5lbs in total.

Are you all dreading xmas??... I'm allowing myself xmas day to eat and drink what I like, then the rest of the holidays i'm going to reign it in.

Any tips from you WW here?

Well done ValiantGal. That's a good weight loss in a week.

I hope you can be strong and not carry on eating after Christmas Day!

I think I've well and truly blown my diet....hubby's opened the tin of roses!! I can't let him eat them all can I - hazlenut whirls are my fave [:D]

I am still going for walks every night though, hoping that it will help to cancel out the choccies.

Viki, I have seen your photo and you are lovely, you certaqinly don't need to lose any weight.
