Thought we'd better start a new thread as the other one was getting a bit long.

Good luck everyone.

Hi Kazzy, I'm going to need a lot of luck - ate too much yummy food at grandaughters party and just finished eating a lovely BIG portion of cheesecake [:I]

At least I'm back in work tomorrow so no more temptation in my way.

Lots of luck to everyone x

Good luck to everyone from me aswell.I am actually really enjoying my healthy eating & am feeling much better in myself.Have also decided that we can no longer justify paying £6 at the car wash every 2 wks. So,today have been down to poundstretcher & purchased a big bucket, some sponges & a wheel scrubber, all for £3,& so once a wk as part of my exercise regime i will make the time to personally handwash both our cars!! Every little helps, and it will be worth it when i can fit back into my white jeans!![:D]x

Woooohoooo! I have just got back from fat club and have lost a whopping 5 lbs again this week. I can't believe where it's all going at the moment. I never sit down, so its obviously lots of energy being used up. Good luck to everyone else having their weigh ins tomorrow - I am now 3st 5 1/2 lighter and I feel on top of the world.

See you all tomorrow.

I'm not going to weigh this week, I feel pretty low what with one thing and another. Really don't want to add being fat to the list [:I]

Julie, sorry you're feeling a bit down at the moment. You're right about the weight thing, don't worry about that, that can be done when you're feeling better.

Hope all feels better soon hun. Thinking of you.

Well done again Kazzy! You're doing so well. What diet club are you going to?

Mine has gone to pot yet again - we went out for Dave's birthday on Wednesday and we're away for the weekend from tonight, so I think I'll have to start again on Tuesday!

Aw thanks guys, Skip, I go to Slimming World. I find that the plan really suits me, I love meat and veggies so I find it quite easy when my head is in the right place.

Keep it up everyone, oh, and Ang, the sound of cooked brekkie washed down by an ice cold magners sounds just great to me [:D][:D]
