Hi Guys

That time has come round again. I have been to fat club tonight and lost another 2lb making my total 3st 7 1/2lb, so I am really chuffed. I went dancing again on Tuesday and had a lovely time, I am thinking of staying to the intermediates next week to see if I can step up a level and get a bit more exercise. Should be ok I think.

[:D][:D] I'm certainly no pro Viki - can you dance? I really love it, and love dancing with someone who CAN dance. Our dance teacher is really gorgeous and boy can he move! That helps of course and he makes sure he dances with everyone every week. Tough job but someone has to do it [:D][:D] Kazzy x

I love dancing, but whether I can dance.....hmm[?] I bet it helps that the teacher is gorgeous.[:X] Sounds like you're really loving it. I wish we lived near each other, I'd come too.[:o)] X

Well done again kazzy!! You must be feeling fab! And lucky you,getting to dance with a dishy dancing instructor.This salsa dancing sounds like great fun,not sure i've got enough courage to go and do something like that though!! Anyway i've had quite a good week,except for tues,when the combination of having to do a buffet at work after barclaycard had successfully managed to upset me,caused me to go into comfort eating mode[:I]but i got back on track the day after.Hope everyone else has got on okay [:)] X

No chance of me ever dancing. I'd start an earthquake if I did! Plus I have no sense of rythym whatsoever![:D][:D]

Well Done once again Kazzy, you're doing Brilliantly.

Well, I've lost 1lb this week (weighed meself twice)so pleased about that. Been ill with Man Flu this week so haven't had much of an appetite so that has helped[:D]

Well done to everyone who has lost some this week and if not, don't worry,there's always next week[;)]

Thanks Guys, and very true DM, never beat yourself up about not doing well one week, it can always come off the next. You can't be good all of the time and we still have to have a life.

Well,after successfully resisting roast beef & yorkshire pudding for tea,i have just come across a brochure that came with the sunday paper.Its for a 'Hotel chocolat' tasting club! The piccies are making me want to cheat big time!! Its £16.95 a mnth,& you get new choccies to sample each time.Wonder if it could be included in the iva expenditure as a necessity!? mmm,maybe not.Just drooling over the sight of scorched caramel & whisky truffles & cherry baileys truffles[:p]Right,i'll get back to my yogurt now!!

Kazzy you're doing fantastic.What's motivating you? I'm dreadful- over weight, no energy, but doing nothing about it.Ate lots of Quality St this weekend and did no exercise at all- attempted to do some today but the dog got naughty and we had to bring her home! And eat more chocolate[:I]
