Hi Cat, I know exactly what is motivating me now. It's all the comments I keep getting from people, especially those who I haven't seen in a while. I didn't really have anyone notice up to about the 3 stone mark, but since then it has been amazing. People have been so kind to me, you have probably read on my previous posts that my self esteem has been on the floor for pretty much all my life, so to now have such lovely comments made to me on a daily basis really lifts my spirits and has given me a new inner confidence. It is this feeling that I am addicted to, as I have hardy ever experienced any attention throughout my life, except of course, negative attention. I must say I am really enjoying the new me, getting into lovely clothes (not expensive, but clothes that fit and I feel good in). I still have a long way to go, but the place where I am in my head at the moment, is a very determined one and I WILL get to my target eventually.

Good luck to all and thank you so much for your support. I will bring some very fat photos to FF so that you can all see how I was.

Kazzy x

Kazzy, I've probably asked you this but I've got a brain like a sieve! What diet are you following?

Weight Watchers - really badly! I'm thinking I might have to join a group again to make me do it properly.

I did Slimming World a few years ago and lost 2 stone, but I got fed up with working out red and green days.

Kazzy you're doing great. Must be wonderful when people comment on your weightloss.

When I meet someone for the 1st time in ages, they say "you look well" which translates " you've put on weight" [:(]

I'll have to take a leaf out of your book and get my slimming world books out. My ankles getting stronger so I'll be able to re-start my evening walks. Only if hubby comes with me though, I don't like these dark nights!

Keep it up Kazzy xx

Aw thanks Guys, its also the support from you all that keeps me motivated as well. If we all chip at it a little bit each week, we will definitely see some really goods results. Use Christmas, forthcoming Weddings and special occasions as those little milestones for a few more pounds shed, it really does help. If I look at the bigger picture in my case (still 5 stone to go), I get disheartened, but if I think of little 7lb goals, its so much more bearable.

Well done to you all, and keep up the good work. Have a great Monday.

Well done Kazzy!

I lost 1/2lb, which wouldn't be too bad (not good though!) if I hadn't put on 2lb last week! Oh well, I'll have to start again!
