I feel sure that the meeting will be a success for you - given the events that you describe. You definitely deserve to now put the IVA behind you once and for all, and I am sure that GT will fight your corner as best they can on the day.

Very best wishes from me for a successful result.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

I, too, am confident of a good outcome. GT were excellent in dealing with my F&F variation and won the day.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Sounds like you've going through a really difficult time right now. 7 more days and I'm sure the f&f will be accepted and you can concentrate your time fully on the things that really matter - your family.

Sending over my best wishes x

Hi amandadon
Just wishing you the best of luck for your meeting. Theres lots of positive posts re gt on here so im sure they will fight your corner.

Please try and put it to one side. I kbow how hard that will be.
In relation to your mother in law. So sorry to hear this. If she does not already receive this I would suggeat looking at a dla / attendance allowance claim based on special circumstances because of the diagnosis. It may provide you with that little bit wxtra help to make things a bit more comfortable. Speak to your local office they will be able to advise you.

Take care.
