Thanks everyone. We aimed to walk the race but we managed to have a few running spurts, especially towards the end. Plus the fact that Lesley was forever on at me to go faster and as such would run ahead on purpose so that I had to catch up!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the morning and vow to do it again next year, making more of a day of it etc.

Andy,

Lesley and I vaguely knew of each other from a doggy forum but weren't friends then. It was around the time when Lesley was going through her initial IVA proposal that we seemed to click. We also then realised that we were both members of this forum and we havent looked back since!! We are forever speaking with each other, always putting the world to rights and hopefully will remain firm friends for years to come!

Kerri xx

Hi Andy, as Kerri says, it was your post 'what is your field of expertise' that made me realise I recognised who Kerri was. Obviously I didn't go on other forum and say anything but we finally got talking privately and realised as well as dogs we had an IVA in common. This bonded our friendship and as Kerri says we're good friends now although i don't think she thought much of me today as I did push her!

Thanks everyone for your congratulations, we'll be doing it again next year so watch this space!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
