It was ACCEPTED!!! OMG we are over joyed i cried on the phone!!! So happy and relieved!!!!!!!! Can start to live a stress free life!! Thanks guys for all your help and good advise through this very embarrassing stressful time!!!!!!! [:0] then [:)]

I am so pleased for you Mitchymoo, I personally will remember that feeling for a long time. Its a great feeling isn't it that you can move on to a 'normal life', get living now[:D]

The guy on the phone actually said 'r you ok Michelle' I said 'just alittle emotional' i say lets pop the cork! N celebrate!! Fantastic nepensioner!! With having my kids we can now feel at ease everytime we look at the bank n not skimp an save our shopping god nows how i was spending 45-55 a week on shopping feeding our family of 4 sometimes 5!!! shocking!!! I see a rainbow ahead!!! xxx

Oh that is fantastic news am so so pleased for you. have actually had to come home to pick up daughters violin and all the way home i kept thinking...oooo I can check on the outcome.

I'm actually emotional for you, I'm getting quite worked up about ours and its weeks away yet, no date set as yet cos still waiting ro proposal, but I know it will happen.

Congrats hun, now go fill the freezer and stop living on baked beans LOL

Thanks leaKy!! You will be fine stay postitive everyone accepted ours even the dreaded mbna, rbs tried for more modifications but payplan rejected!!! Yippeaaa its lovely to have money in the bank and not be worrying about basics! Good luck hun im sure u will be fine quite a few pep say ivas are mostly accepted these days!!! ooo thansk for that hun, MBNA are one of ours too. HSBC and tesco Finance are the others, smaller one is less than 1% of debt so not worried about them.

Am so pleased for you, and have just read your response to a post about bonuses and my understanding of 10/50/50 has been confirmed by your post. thanks.

I intend being a regular on here and use the forum to keep me sane LOL, hope you do too.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Huge congratulations to you Mitchymoo!! Been just over a week since ours was accepted, and it still feels good! Its such a relief to be able to start thinking about other things rather than the constant worry of getting the IVA through.
