I have been in my IVA now about 5 weeks and the letters and phone calls have long since stopped. So when I came home yesterday I found on the door mat my new Captial 1 credit card. I called them and they told me that it had been sent out by mistake and to cut it up. Which I had great pleasure in doing [:D]. But it made me think how much money must the banks waste by sending out cards/letters which customers do not need.

On a more positive note the money has been transfered from my bank to my IP. The end is now in sight.[:)]
