Hi All,

Egg, along with Co-op (who voted yes to my initial IVA), hold the lion's share of my debt. They didn't vote on my initial proposal, but are obviously entitled to vote on my F+F, which raises the divided from 28p/£ to 35p/£.

Are they generally in favour of IVAs?

Anyone had them vote on a proposal recently?

Cheers

BC

Hi

Egg usually accept IVA's from my experience.

My dealings with them were over 18 months ago and they were the ones that insisted on a 40p/£1 dividend but i think they may have mellowed a bit since then

Good luck

I am sure that if you are offering them an improved deal, over a shorter period, that this will be welcomed with open arms.
