The requirements are exactly the same as if you were employedL-
1 A real desire to pay your creditors as much as you can afford over a realistic time period
2 An ability to fund regular monthly contributions - so to this end you must have a viable business which is capable of making profits to substantiate the payments
3 A willingness to keep up to date with the filing of all post-IVA tax and VAT returns
And you will need to choose an IP firm with experience of self-employed cases. Not all of them do this sort of work.
