We are challenging.

They couldn't even give us a specific date in the month that the last payment should be.
Thinking back, with PJG my first payment was after signing the proposal which would before the creditor meeting.

Typical CF fall over when any common sense is required, very frustrating.

Stick to your guns, make an official complaint and take it further if needs be, you have the proof of the bank statements and your proposal etc, I too would challenge.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Have followed the advice of the ip professional association and educated myself so I can understand where an ip is coming through.

Poor dears - we are supposed to understand why they make mistakes or fail to explain adequately why they have made a decision or why staff acting on their behalf seem to give the impression they haven't learnt to count.

Ps - does this comment does not apply to certain people who contribute to this board.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

There are people who contribute to this board who I think are proper examples of what an iva company should really be about and who obviously have high standards.

I just don't want them lumped into the general "it's all iva companies" who I think cant count or write an email.

Unfortunately the fact is I wouldn't be contributing to this board if things had continued to go well.
