I have just received my first payslip since my iva got agreed I'm eating 23 pound over the 10% and have told them about it but they want me to send them a payslip so they can review my payments..
Send them the payslip and they should then ask you for £11.50, assuming you have the usual clauses, if this excess is due to overtime or a bonus payment.

Send them the payslip, unless the 'over payment' is bonus or overtime, like Foggy says they will ask for £11.50. If it is an amount that is going to be paid going forward then I can't see them making an adjustment to your payments on the back of 1 payslip.
