Hi
Well see what figure they come up with,an IVA is not like a loan with a redemption figure.Your IP will have to put your offer to the creditors but it helps to have your IP behind you.
Post back when you get some figures

I did it the opposite way round. I have put together an offer along with remortgage offer, mortgage redemption statement and recent valuation. Had a call back today saying its now going to be looked at and they will be back intouch very soon.

Hi all,
Update is the meeting was on Friday and I found out today my F&F has been accepted!!!!!!!!

Can't believe it, I'm thrilled it's all over! After 3 and a half years I'm finished paying.

Thanks so much to everyone on here for all your support and advice.

They have said it takes anything up to 3 months to get the certificate, that seems a long time but I don't mind as it's all over now!

Thanks guys and good luck to all on here.

That's really good news, and good luck for the future.
