There will be a final review, to check whether you have received any additional monies during the final year which need to be paid over to creditors, and the final report will include a Certificate of Due Completion confirming that your IVA has successfully concluded. The IP has two months from the anniversary to file this report, unless the IVA has to be extended for any reason.

I'm not sure tbh. I'd never considered that the extension might be treated differently from any other year. One of the experts will be along to tell us.

If it has only been extended in lieu of equity then you should just have your final check and it will terminate.
