what happens after RTLU finish with my papers?

Hi just wondering if anyone can tell me what happens after RTLU finish with my papers. I am due to me discahrged early March 2009. I am at presnt paying towards my estate does this stop in 2009

Hi donkey and welcome to the forum

Do you mean your books and records? If so, the OR will give permission for them to be destroyed once his administration of your estate is finalised.

WAnted to know when I am discharged will I still have to contribute to my estate, I pay under £60 at the moment

If you are subject to an IPA, this will last for three years. Surely your OR explained this to you at the time?

No they didnt explain when I went to see OR it was just like a cattle market, although they were nice under the circumstances. How often do they review the amount

As often as you need them to if you struggle to pay it. They are unlikely to do a review off their own backs.
