what if i havent stuck to the terms of my iva?my car has broken on a couple of occasions and I hhave had to take out small oans with doorstep lenders in my name. My husband has paid them and I have always declared this on my annual review. I cant work without my car. Would this go against me at the end of my IVA and cause my crditord to make me bankrupt?

The fact you have declared them at annual review time and you pr husband has paid them off you shoud be ok, although technically you may have broken the terms of your iva as takung out further credit without your IPs permission could be seen as a breach.

If in the future you have similar incidences, can your husband not help you at the outset rather than you having to donsider this option? If not speak to your IP and agree a payment break rather than jeopardise your iva further.
