Do I still need to fill in an income an expenditure form, as I want to offer a full an final settlement. I have 10 payments left. Which I am paying at 226.00 per month. My family are lending me the money.

Have you contacted Laura ? She will be able to tell you what they rerquire. I am afraid different IP's handle procedure in different ways, but, if aannual review is due it should be done.

Hi foggy,

When I did the income an expenditure over the telephone I missed some items off. That's why there's surplus cash, I've rang IVA twice asking them to send out the form as I missed items off.
They still haven't sent the amended form so I've emailed them.
Am I allowed to add the missing items.
Thanks for all your help.

Yes, you can add missing items, but the IP will have the discretion to accept, amend or refuse changes -- it would then be down to you to argue your corner. Any substantial changes would need a variation meeting.

Thanks Foggy,

I do have a valid reason for missing items off the bottom an I've stated it in my email to IVA. I can also send them a copy of my sons hospital discharge letter showing why he was in hospital, it's been a very stressful time of late.
Hopefully someone will respond to my email this week as review due early May.

Thanks for all the advice Kallis an Foggy, spoken to someone called Julie who was very helpful. My payments remain the same, when I get to 6 months left I can pay off the remaining in full. Such a relief :D
